Heart Disease/High Cholesterol

Berry Peach Smoothie (2 servings)

- 1 cup of peaches (frozen)
- ½ cup of raspberries (frozen)
- 1 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of wheat germ
